Pseudo Smoker?

I have heard of many ways to quit smoking like nicotine patch, gum, will power but I've never heard of converting to electric cigarette as a means of quitting. Although it's still legal debatable if this constitutes cigarette or not, in the eyes of my quitter friends it is NOT a cigarette. In my opinion the line can be quite thin depending on the what you inhale from this stick. You can put in nicotine and made this a cigarette but you can also put in flavored smoke which render it harmless.

But does it work...?

Me: ...V are you smoking at your work station?

V: Look, this is harmless, there is no nicotine in it at all.

Me: But you've been puffing for a while already.

V: It's just equivalent to a cigarette stick...I think..

Me: You think?

V: Um...actually I can't tell. I just puff until I feel it's a cigarette equivalent..

Me: But you've been puffing for more than half an hour..

V: Guess that it makes it more than 1...~puff puff~
